OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE (軽過失) SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY OUR INTENTIONAL ACTS, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE (故意又は重大な過失).
